First.. Very speedy shipping. Item arrived in a well packed box with parts laid nicely in foam. Comes with drivers and software, but i had to download new drivers to get contact with printer. Building instructions was mostly ok, but it did not say what direction the connectors for stepper motors should be mounted. Had to turn two of them. Printer is doing its job well right out of the box, but can be tweaked to do better. If you are totally new to 3d printer, then be prepared to google some questions. All in all, i'm happy with it for the price..
